Pic's are great and kudos to whomever took them. You lost weight Tobias and look good although i must say yer catchin up to myself in the grey department. Sounds like the photographer had a good time here and there taking pics of someone that rather have toothpics stuck under his nails than have his pic's taken. Car looks super, nice lines, and i like the color also. All in all seems like you both had a great day.....Saint7

Thanks for the weight comment, am doing my darnedest and that helps! I started the year at 232 and am down to 209 (lowest was 206 and my goal is 190; if I decide to race competitively, I'll have to get to 175 or so, but that's a long way off). It's gotten harder to lose since I started running again. My body fat is down more than 5% (and 10% for the year) since summer started but my weight refuses to budge any more.
AKBar and I are starting a fitness program they promote at our office from time-to-time, am hoping that will help. I have to include 4 servings of fruit in my diet every day this week. Blech.;)
Maybe if instead of just adding fruit, I cut out the Big Kat's and Chocolate Moose Track's, that will help.=)

I think I have just been compared to a Communist for Kerry, shoot me!=| Alec or Stephen?;)
I'm not releasing names of people unless they specifically tell me (err, except for you, woops, I didn't expect you to actually appear!)it's ok, as I don't want to drag anyone down with me or have them stalked.;)
WCB is the photographer, and he is married to AKBar, who works with me. Patient is an understatement, and he takes pictures without a touch of judgement on the subject. He is brilliant and good at a great number of things.
AKBar is one of my best friends and is my biggest support, but some days we grate on each other horribly (like today)...and then get over it...because she rocks!=)
My best friend from Sacramento reads the site, he is a lefty chick-magnet litigation attorney, but so far he's been just skulking.
You know (or at least met once many years ago) Saint7 and Gibb, who are father and son and among the longer putter-uppers with me in my life. Gibb is the one I told you about who is working for one of dem game companies, Nintendo or Microsoft. (Damn him!) Saint7 is an old roach with eclectic tastes in just about everything, and is damn good at making me laugh.
Mom reads too I think, but she's got a wicked sense of humor in her retirement and hasn't been offended yet as far as I know.
I have been sending over girlies from match.com, but I think I am scaring most of them away. (and the one cool one who wasn't scared away was the one who wasn't interested anyway, just my luck)
And err, do you think there is anyone here who doesn't know who you are? (Psst, everyone, bad candy is Jessica)=)
Anyone else who has found their way here I don't know about! (Though I am hoping some of the smokin' sci-fi girlies in your friends list find their way here eventually)

Whoa...yay! I was looking at the email I get when people comment and I saw the word 'interesting' and heard your voice in my head!
Not that I hear many voices in my head (usually), just that when I read things by friends I hear their voices in my head, if that makes sense...and that was the first time I heard yours.
Okay, I'm out there tonight, whee...I've had 4 servings of fruit today (more than I've had in the last year, literally), that must be it!

eclectic?.........Wow, the compliments just abound here,:) But for an "old roach" i try my best to keep up w/all you younger roaches. Good job on the fruit. Porbably the first time in a year that you have eaten anything that had some "color" to it. Kinda like livin in Pleasantville as far as eatin goes. Meat,potatoes,bread,kitkat's.....yea...those are real colorful....heheheheh. Oh yea and a hi to Jessica, seems i remember meeting you once at the diner? Someone refresh my memory a bit.....(so far its the only thing that seems to be going).....Saint7
